Credits and Pricing
Understand how credits are deducted for contract analysis and Q&A, and credit package pricing (AUD).
This page explains how credits work, how pricing is set, and how you can get or buy more credits.
What are credits?
Credits are the unit of balance in your account. They are used to:
- Grant you capacity (e.g. signup bonus or purchased packages).
- Consume capacity when you use AI features (contract analysis and risk Q&A).
Your balance is shown in credits. The system automatically calculates the cost in credits for each AI operation and deducts the correct amount from your balance.
How are credits used?
Contract analysis (main use)
- When you run analysis on a document, the system calls several AI agents (Indexer, Legal, Visual, Compliance, Synthesizer).
- The system calculates the total credits used across all agents for that job.
- After a successful run, that credit amount is deducted from your balance (FIFO: oldest batches are consumed first).
- Failed analysis jobs do not deduct credits.
A typical property contract costs about 750–1,000 credits per analysis. With the Basic package (25,000 credits), you can analyse about 25–33 contracts.
Follow-up Q&A on risks
- When you ask questions about a specific risk, the AI call also consumes credits based on actual usage.
- A typical Q&A question costs about ~150 credits.
- Credits are deducted from your balance the same way as analysis (FIFO).
Other AI features
- Demo chat or image features, if enabled, may use estimated credit amounts from configuration and deduct accordingly.
How is the credit cost calculated?
- Per analysis: The credit cost is not a fixed number. It depends on the complexity and length of your document — longer contracts with more pages cost more credits.
- So cost in credits = actual AI usage for that job. Cost in AUD depends on which package you bought (see below).
How do I get credits?
At signup
- 5,000 credits are granted when you register — enough for about 5 contract analyses plus follow-up Q&A questions.
- They are valid for 30 days. To review more contracts, purchase a credit package.
Buying credit packages
You can buy one-time credit packages in AUD. These add a batch of credits to your balance:
| Package | Price (AUD) | Credits | Typical use |
|---|---|---|---|
| Basic | $9.90 | 25,000 | ~25–33 contracts |
| Standard | $19.90 | 100,000 | ~100–130 contracts |
| Enterprise | Contact us | Custom | Unlimited / tailored |
- Each package has a 90-day validity period. Credits are consumed FIFO (oldest batches first).
- There is a maximum balance cap of 500,000 credits. You can buy multiple packages up to that cap.
Exact amounts and validity are shown on the Pricing page and in the app at purchase time.
